I've gotten a couple texts in the last hour about Lafell getting injured today.

Anyone know the status?

Long as he's expected to make a full-recovery before UGA.. we'll be fine. Can't hurt to get Randle some reps early on.

One question followed by 4 people--now 5, including me--providing absolutely no answer to it. Gotta love the Rant.

Kind of like Doucet before the 2007 season.

Cool, that's what I'm hoping for. I'm just trained the last few years when I hear ankle that I think it's the dreaded high-ankle sprain that lingers all year long.

Given his ankle injury during warmups of the bowl game, and his performance thereafter, it's quite possible holding him out of afternoon practice was just precautionary.

it's football, injuries happen so i don't know why folks get bent out of shape, tha best you can hope for is that it is not serious.
