I got this from another board, this guy compiled his own ranking system. Seems off to me. I bet you can't guess who #1 is.

The Annar Rankings are calculated by comparing yardage statistics (yards per game, per rush attempt, per pash attempt, etc.) of each team with the average yardage statistics from their opponents defense and comparing these number recursively until all teams are "connected". The Annar Rankings do not care who won the game, what the score was, turnovers, injuries, game location or special teams play. It's not better or worse than any other ranking system but rather is meant to give some insights on the overall strenghth of teams assuming the turnovers average out, key players stay healthy and kickers don't shank short field goals.

LSU #1 in 2006 and 2007. For what it's worth, we got hosed in 2006. Our team was as good as any in the nation.

Looks good to me. I thought everyone had Tulsa and Houston in the top 10? They're my pick for the national championship game!

Ohio St. is very well aware of that. They damn near came close to winning two BCS titles. Well, not really.
