Pat Yasinkas said the other day that he was developing a good relationship with Brees on the field, but some posters who have been to practice say that he has been slacking. Who knows until game 1 vs. Detroit.

his attitude isn't helping. he was flagged last week in team drills for offensive p.i. and the ref called it on number 86 (shockey's jersey was tied up, and the ref couldn't clearly see the number). shockey proceeded to yell at him for calling the wrong number and was then taunted by the fans for a while.

well when our star TE yells at the ref saying "I'm 88, you called the wrong fricking number" during training camp I think he has it coming...he's very talented but his ego needs to be put in check

Some dumbass fans who probably would beg him for his autograph taunting him isn't going to help get his ego in check. Probably just make him hate the fans.

asking a really good player for his autograph vs making an assessment of his character. the fact that his autograph may be worth something one day because of how he plays doesn't change the fact that he's at times an a-hole. and how the fans react to his temper tantrums won't change that.

hopefully an injury happens soon so that a more reliable, and equally or more explosive Billy Miller gets more looks.

i went to camp. that day shockey dominated. he was the best receiver on the field that day. he was the best blocker on the field that day. complete domination. now that was 1 day and i only went one day, but hey, the day i went he was the best player on the field, besides brees.
