I just heard a contest on 550 AM in Buffalo proclaim Buffalo as the "tailgate capital of the world." I know they invented buffalo wings and all but come on ...I guess all that T.O. craziness has gotten into their heads.

Apparently they have never been to Tiger Stadium or to The Box?

they tailgate religiously in single-digit temps for bills games up there ... i don't think the LSU campus would be packed with tailgaters if the air temp was 22 degrees and there was five inches of snow and ice on the ground .. not saying one is better than the other, just different ..

I've never been to Buffalo, but Baton Rouge, Kansas City and Milwaukee really know how to tailgate.

I have to agree on KC - best NFL tailgating I have personally seen.

I went to a Bills game in 2004. The stadium is surrounded by a neighborhood. I remember seeing everyone tailgating and burning fires in their front yards and thinking how dedicated they were. People where everywhere. They definitely looked like they knew what they were doing.

Agreed.

But, the same could be said of tailgating in Baton Rouge in May,June or September. When the temps and humidity are both in the high 90's.
