LSU in "Cocktail"

I'm sure I'm probably the last person in the LSU world to notice but, I was watching the beginning of the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail the other day. Don't know why. Anyway, during the part of the movie where Cruise is sitting in his uncle's bar, there is a football game playing on the TV behind them. LSU is playing, the best I could tell, Tennesse. They showed Sammy Martin's name on the screen. Just thought it was cool they had LSU in the movie. OK, let me know how old that is and out of date I am.

The TV show Coach used LSU video for awhile. During the Hallman days. I always blamed Jerry Van Dyke for the early 90's

Another LSU reference. I was flipping through the channels the other day and a movie was on starring Woody Harrelson and in one scene he has on a purple LSU baseball cap turned backwards. I didn't catch the name of the movie or what LSU had to do with it.
