Anyone interested in playing golf Thursday Sept. 3rd. I would like to play in the AM. I believe this course is going to host the US Open in a few years.

Chambers Bay

If more than 3 people want to play we could arrange multiple tee times and possibly play a skins game or something like that.

I don't think I'm bringing my clubs. We'll see though.

chambers bay is actually located in tacoma's university place. I live a few blocks down the road, but not a big golf fan. Can't wait to see the the army of purple and gold up here the pacific northwest. (we're taking overrrrrrr!)

HawkLB-

Do you have a complete group or are you looking for a fourth? I really would like to play and no one in my group plays except me. Im a 7 on a good day and a 11 on a bad day.

I don't know but I might just UPS mine up there so they will be waiting on me at the course and I can send them back. Probably would be cheaper and more convenient.

Right now we have 4, though one of the guys is a local and might not play that day w/ us. Might know more in a couple weeks if he is. If he backs out, you'd be welcome to join us. We have a guy who's probably a 7or 8, I'm a 13, and the other two a little higher. Just looking forward to playing this course and having a good time leading up to a Tiger victory on Saturday.

As for taking your clubs: if you have a travel bag and you keep the weight under 50lbs (usually not a big problem w/ a carry bag) the cost for taking them on the plane should be the checked bag fee...may depend on the airline.

HawkLB- send me a message when you get a handle on the local guy. If he plays I am just going to show up to see if the Proshop can just pair me with some group.

Cbourge:

Our local guy is OUT for our Thursday round. Our group of three Tiger fans are playing at 945AM. If you are still looking for a group to play with...
