To me, after hearing all week about how great the Texas pitching and bullpen were, was that except for Byrd's crash yesterday, our bullpen shutout the Horns for three games. Pretty strong, and key considering our starters weren't exactly dominating.

Also, the defense, again with a couple of exceptions last night, was spectacular. We swung the bats ebough to win, but the bullpen and defense won this series.

Agreed. I was concerned after Texas tied it in the 5th because I knew what they had coming out of the pen. But we blew it up in the top of the 6th thanks in large part to the Texas bullpen letting them down.

Having said that, Jungman is a badass. Glad we only saw him once. I really wasn't scared of their bullpen though - we had proven we could hit Wood and he's supposed to be their best. I was more worried about the starters, and Ruffin and Jungman were pretty good.
