No, it really feels hotter, which was a shock. It was actually cooler in BTR (at least it was when we left).

I heard the Heat Index could be as high as 117. Good corn-growing weather, but sucks for those people in sections A and B in front of that glassed-in place - the sun in your face, and the heat reflects off the glass behind you, and the structure blocks any hint of breeze. I was there last week, NEVER again. Rather be in GA where you get the breeze.
