Great logic...since none of the SEC teams are actually playing against each other, the fact that LSU won the SEC is completely irrelevant.

The point is(which I thought was obvious) that the best teams are in the SEC and LSU came out on top. Now the SEC is proving itself against other top conf. teams, so I like our odds of going to and winning the CWS.

I was thinking about that last night while I was trying to stay awake through that Texas - BC game.
SEC could potentially have 6 of the 8 teams in Omaha.

Wow losers. Point remains - LSU winning the SEC has zero to do with how they will fare tonight. They were losing to SOUTHERN for 7 innings.

Is that what you thought about Fresno State last year because they were a four seed? If you win your conference tourney, that means you are probably pretty legit. When a pitcher is on, he's hard to beat. Thankfully, we got to him late like we did to a lot of teams last year.

Only the 16 crappiest teams get eliminated on Saturday. Of the 15 teams from the Big XII and ACC, all 15 are still in the tournament. Just sayin'.

thank you for that stat, i was bout to look it up but am way to lazy right now.
but yea i was thinking that not a lot of teams were eliminated yesterday, and most of them were 4 seeds, so this early this stat is useless
