LSU TIGER

This goes to show us that there is more to life that just sports. With all the negative things in this world this is an inspirational story. Remember guys sports isnt life.

Seeing stories like this one makes me very happy.... A great representative for LSU.

His attitude is exemplary - and I think he seems to be the type of person who makes an ideal role model and could really change the lives of others in similar situations...

Inspirational story, but if that kid was going to cheer at Texas or Bama or somewhere else...nobody here would give a shite. It's amazing what he can do with his prosthetic.

I disagree. If he were enrolled elsewhere, I'm pretty sure his story would make its way to a local media outlet. If somebody from that locale decided to start a thread about it on the SEC Rant or MSB - it would get positive responses from multiple fan bases.

WONDERFUL....... great story.... and it wouldnt matter where he would have won the spot, if it were posted where I could see it, it is still a WONDERFUL story... so I'de smile anyway, with a lil tear I might add....
