Good news with the grades according to him. Spoke with Tahj yesterday and he told me he is academically eligible and good to go. He said he didn't really know what their plans were for him. Looked like is around 210-215 right now which I think is a little heavier than he played at his senior year. Really looking forward to seeing him contribute especially on special teams.

Benton told people he'd be qualified for two years. The kids aren't always the best source, b/c it'd have to be embarrassing to tell random people that they aren't gonna be qualified for college. Hope he is though.

Love the guy's speed. But way too much arm tackling for a guy his size. Hopefully he learns to play with a little more of a mean streak, but Chavis is one intense dude, so I could see that happening.

Chris maybe and Ford could be too. But when I was talking to Chris he did make the point that Ford was not qualified. Not sure why he singled Ford out but he did. I hope Ford is good to go. Chris his heading down for Summer School at LSU.
