Supposedly his dad told the Mobile Register that LSU granted his release.

Great for AU.. bet he sees a lot of PT..
Don't know why we would let him go to an SEC school in our division..

Lot of people here thought he was overrated coming out of high school, I wasn't one of them.

I started thinking he may be a numbers casualty when we got PP.

you only get so many #1 CBs in the nation before a #12 rated CB falls victim to the numbers game.

After we released him, is there really anything we can do about it? Honest question.

Let me guess, he spun it into LSU falling apart losing a 3rd string CB.

They can put restrictions on where they go. Remember the Robert Marve fiasco?

If you go to a school they don't release you to I think you have to sit out 2 years instead of 1.

Is there a rule about having to sit out 2 years if you transfer in-conference? Or is that a myth?

He was overrated. Auburn more or less passed on both Phelon Jones and Sidell Corley. Neither has really done much at LSU from what I can tell.
