Pretty much anything you do with ground beef. It's a bit dry though so if your butcher didn't mix it with pork, you might want to add some ground pork.

We sometimes mix it with Oak Grove Jambalaya or dirty rice mix. Can't taste the difference when it's disguised in something well-seasoned.

WTF?

We eat it in all of the above. 50/50 mix with pork, ground at Beniots in Addis. Last couple of times they have been grinding in seasoning that they use for making my smoked sausage. Talk about a mean meatloaf, lasagna, taco, etc.

Could not tell you the last time we bought ground beef.

We make a 3 meat Chili using Ground Deer and Pork, with some course ground Beef.............

I like the Wick Fowler 2 Alarm Chili mix with added fresh chopped Onion, Bell Pepper and Celery........

Lagnaippe: You can also add a can of Mushrooms, Red or Chili Beans, Tomatoes, Rotel, etc.

Got this idea at the camp a few months ago when supplies were, let's just say, extremely limited. Take the ground meat, brown it, and mix it with a box of Zatarain's Jambalaya and a box of the Zatarain's long grain and wild rice stuff and cook according to the box directions (both of them are pretty similar directions). Season it up with the usual, and it becomes a pretty decent concoction
