The entire film is in his head. He is a soulless, worthless human being who is paid too much to do nothing. He is a vapid know-nothing and worse yet, he knows it. It is an obvious condemnation of the Yuppie culture of the 1980s. It would be better if he was a serial killer, at least then he would have done something.

Good coloring. That's bone.
And the lettering is something called Silian Rail.
It's very cool, Bateman, but that's nothing. Look at this.
That is really nice.
Eggshell with Romalian type. What do you think ?

By the way, I think this is probably one of the better books of all time. Takes a certain level of intellegience to understand (like most satires).

I was going to comment on how much I enjoyed the book, but that wouldn't have provided any help in regards to your project on the film. The book was MUCH more descriptive about things. However, I enjoyed the film as well.

Honestly, I think the business card scene is the most critical scene to understanding the movie. Glad to help, but not so much that it's not your ideas.

I always thought that the movie was real. That it was to show that in the yuppie world that everyone looked alike, that everyone acted the same, and that he did in fact kill everybody but nobody noticed. Thats why at the end of the movie, his own lawyer doesn't even think it's him. The movie is real, not in his head
