Thanks dude. I ask a good question, that no one seems to know the answer to, and in 3 seconds i get replies from people who think I don't know what I'm talking about.

But seriously, those of us that follow recruiting get really tired of Johnny Bayou coming on the board because he has a question which has been answered 1,000 times, or an opinion on a recruit that nobody gives a shite about, or he just wants to come on and say "wow, Shep, Ford, DeBose, Randle, Calhoun all on the field at the same time? Sounds like a wet dream". They then usually add the drooling emoticon.

Ok, since this question has been answered 1,000 times. What time are the Bastrop boys announcing.

I just want to know because even though I have a Tigerbait subscription, I can't find a definite answer as I have heard several times that he was announcing at 8. However, it has also been posted that he will announce at 12:30. Since I have a table at the bayou bash, I would like to know what time I should get there, because if RR announces at 8. I might get there at 7:30. I have been to the past 5 bayou bashes and I have been following recruiting closely for the past 7 years. But, I guess I am just another know nothing bayou Johnny huh? It sound like to me the people who posted the smart arse comments earlyer are the ones who don't follow it as hard as I do.

I started the sticky thread but I may have the time wrong on the Bastrop announcements. I got the 12:30 time from an earlier thread where someone said they called Bastrop High and was told 12:30. This time could very well have changed since Friday. If premium sites and radio stations are reporting 8:30, then it probably is going to happen at 8:30. If someone can find out for sure post here or on the other thread and I'll change it.
