Vinson the DB from Newman in N.O. said he and his family had a talk with Coach Cooper. Cooper said he's watched him on film, but obviously since he just got to LSU has not seen him play yet. Vinson said he understood and he said Cooper talked like he'd get an offer. Says him and Reid hit it off and would like to play together at LSU.

He already had a verbal offer, might have gotten a paper one today. I will try and find out later as I have some insiders with him.
