Need help demonizing a Buckeye ...

This is a photo from a ComicCon type convention. The freaky looking guy actually had a leash on the girl. Can anyone make the guy between the girl and her keeper look like he belongs to their troupe? Maybe add another leash going to him, some horns, a tail. Anything would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
