they've been good only for the past 15 years or so. they were very average before Steve Spurrier came around.

guess you are totally ignoring anything Florida did prior to 1990 which was almost nothing

These rankings count everything since 1936. Florida only recently became a big national power.

That is screwing with their rankings a bit. They should have gone with wining seasons get 1 point and losing seasons get 0. Vandy is down there as far as prestige goes but they certainly are not the least worst football school in the country. At the very least, they needed to give negative points for every year a team did not have a Division I record since 1936.
