...I no longer have a dog in the fight with the NFL & I'm sick of reading recruiting news on Scout and Rivals. Only basketball I guess will keep me mildly sedated in my man cave for the time being! Baseball sucks...too slow for me and the Yankees have a botomless checkbook. How many days till SEC FOOTBALL. What keeps you 'tards busy?

I'm right there with you, man. It takes me a couple weeks to get over no football. At least the NFL will be something decent to watch for a couple more weeks. College basketball field of 64 and NBA playoffs (once it has dwindled to conference championships and then the finals) are all that will interest me until next September.

I'm having some serious withdrawals today...actually thought about college football most of the day....

I will enjoy recruiting until Feb and then is a looooong dry spell for me until August....

People ask me why I go to the spring game ... that is my main reason, right there.

This will be me for a while. I was able to cut up a few trees and burn for most the day. Time to redo the mulch in the flower beds, clean out the gutters, and next month on to cutting the crepe myrtles and spreading the crabgrass preventer.

After reading of all the withdrawal pains how about this idea; let's have a spring mini-season of some sort.

WELL...LOST is coming back on TV, recruiting is looking great and until Feb when thats over Baseball picks up, then in March we have March madness.

Sucks though that we have to have a 8 or so month intermission with the best sport
