Had a good year in 07 but kind of disappeared this year. Don't know if he's hurt or benched but he hasn't played since the Bama game.

no. they mentioned as a high pick before he even got legit playing time due his upside and nfl potention. they love his size. they even made mention of how little pt he got at lsu but that he would make a perfect prototypical tackle.

Al is a solid run stuffer but he seemed to be a little slow to pick up some of the misdirection stuff that spread teams runs

If that is true and he has that kind of talent then there are a couple more assistant coaches that should be terminated. He hasn't shown much on the field.

lil al is hurt. He will be here next year and absolutely loves being a Tiger.
I speak with his father every home game.
Al is very good against the run.

AL has had problems with technique. He went to a small HS Elton. They have never had a division A player. He is tall for a DT 6ft 5in and has trouble keeping low. In HS he just used a bull Charge pass rush and pushed everyone, he can't do that now..
