Let's see if Jesse Jackson comes running down to MS screaming about how they didn't interview any black candidates if this news is true.

Then again...they did just have a black coach so maybe they'll get a pass this time.

I think they could find someone better than Dooley, although he is a good, young coach. Just don't think he's ready for the SEC just yet, especially at MSU.

I don't think this is true, because I think Dooley is smarter than that. If he stays at Tech for another year or 2, he'll be able to get a better job than that. The SEC West is absolutely loaded. He'd be going up against Saban, Miles, Tuberville, Petrino, and Nutt. I don't think he's ready for that jelly.

This is the story I get when clicking on the link.

Slain anchorwoman's parents say she was sexually assaulted
Last Updated: December 1, 2008 09:54 AM

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- The parents of a television anchorwoman who was beaten to death in her home said there is forensic evidence their daughter was sexually assaulted as well, and she broke her hand fighting off her attacker.

Guy and Patti Cannady talked with the Today show's Matt Lauer on Monday, five days after suspect Curtis Lavelle Vance was arrested in the beating death of KATV anchorwoman Anne Pressly. They said while police were investigating the case as a homicide, there's a lot of evidence there was more to it than that.
