I don't know if many people know it yet, but Lil' Wayne has a blog on ESPN now and it isn't that bad. In his latest blog he kinda took a shot at Tulane. I thought it was funny. The blog really isn't that bad. The coolest thing I found when reading it was that Dwayne Bowe texts him his stats after every game. Check it out.

that is the same shot everyone takes at Tulane. It was good fun, especially since he is a NOLA boy.
I really liked his blog. I enjoy a different taste of journalism every now and then.

Not to be a dick, but what makes his blog any different than you or I or any random rantard blogging on sports? It's like looking to celebrities for political opinions. I personally couldn't care less what "Lil Wayne" thinks about sports, movies, politics, whatever.
And you use the term "journalism" extremely loosely. I guess I'm a journalist, too.

im a journalist, so i guess i have a looser version of the word.
and blogs are new age journalism to much of the world. i dont necessarily like to think so, but it is still the case.

the only reason anyone cares about his blog or tha this blog is on ESPN, is because he is a well known rapper. Other than that, his opinion is worth about as much as the dump I took last night on top of one of his cd's.

What makes his blogs DIFFERENT is the fact that he's really popular among athletes and his songs are played in NFL,NBA, and MLB stadiums around the country.
