I was watching the "game changing play of the game" on ESPN, where he intercepted in the end zone in the OT.

In my opinion, he got away with holding on LaFell's jersey just before he leaped to come up with the interception. Watch his right hand. He did a hell of a job to disguise it. Held LaFell's back just enough and used that hold to spring him up to catch the ball.

Not complaining...it is what it is...but that was HOLDING.

Has anyone else noticed this?

yes, but lafell is a junior now, he needs to either "sell" the penalty to the ref, or step up and make the catch.

it should have been a penalty, he should have sold it.

he had a BAD thing happen to him with david irons at auburn in 2006. P.I. no doubt.

he didn't "sell" it, and it became a no call, even with the ref right there.

Lafell should've did a Bill Lambier(sp? detroit center) and pop Rashad in the face.

Bama pulled a lot of that BS in the game. In all fairness, so did LSU (however, we got called for it more)

It's Rashad Johnson.

I don't think he was holding but possibly could've been called for defensive PI.

We'll call it even for the Keith Brown throwdown in '04.

Good play by Rashad Johnson ... no complaints on his play. However, LaFell has to do SOMETHING to prevent that pick. I don't care if it's pass interference, personal foul, whatever. But you DO NOT allow that interception under any circumstances, no matter how bad the pass was.

Bama is not going to win many from us in the future so let them enjoy this one.

They get embarrassed in the SEC C.G. by Florida soon enough.

I don't see how that's the "Game Changing Performance." It's not like Lafell was going to catch the pass.

Without the interception, Colt David kicks a FG, and we still lose 27-24.

how much more selling could've been done? david irons kicks his feet out from underneath him and shoves him to the ground about 3 feet from the referee.
