Miles vs Saban recruits BS

I don't really understand why everyone talks about the Mile's recruits vs Saban's recruits. We can compare who was better, but the point is to get the top players in state of LA. So far, we have been successful plus swiping some from bordering states. Someone please feel me in on this... What makes the saban recruit better?

ok, I'll help you and ksaye out just this once, connections are like resources, in other words he can have unlimited resources with them to scan the country for talent.

dood I think the original question in the thread was what makes a Saban recruit (read: actual players that ended up on the campus of LSU) better than a Miles recruit (read: actual players that ended up on the campus of LSU). The question wasn't (unless you want to start your own thread) Who is the better recruiter between Miles and Saban and why? ETA: PA realized his mistake and bailed on the thread. Do you realize yours yet?
