day games are killing our program

players,fans, visitors - all getting deprived of what makes LSU football special.
At some point got to stand up to CBS.
national exposure is great
but i'd rather keep the secret and enjoy Saturday Night in Tiger Stadium
as opposed to the sweltering sweat drenched miserable-fest at the venue formally known as Death Valley
afternoon kick-offs are fine occasionally vs. lesser opponents, but when all our best games get moved to the afternoon
anyone else agree?

Hes talking about killing the program in terms of fans and tenacity from the stands...and I totally agree. We should make a night game REQUIREMENT!!!!!!!!!!

The more tv coverage LSU gets, the more money LSU gets, the more recruiting prestige LSU gets, the better reputation LSU gets.

look you can say I'm not a real fan or whatever, but I become less interested/excited about going to LSU football games played in the afternoon. To me, it's the not the same,not as much fun.

One of the players actually stated last week that they like day games. I know our percentage of wins during day games used to be significantly lower. That was because in those days we were playing significantly better football teams. Let's find a more concrete "excuse"! Doesn't seem to affect Texas, Alabama or some of the other programs we would like to keep up with.
