What action should Miles take? If he loses control of the team Coker style we're screwed. Personally I think Alem's comments were just fine and no action should be taken against Alem but something has got to give with the DC's or the ship may sink.
The question is will Miles ride the ship down Dinardo/Tepper style or will he fire their asses like Tubbs?
