First of all, what's the deal with this open container BS? You can't drink anywhere on campus or do you have to just put it in a closed mug or something? (which really sucks for beer.

had no problem in 2004 with mixed drinks in a cup but my brother was made to pour out his beer that was in a bottle.

you can't drink bottles most places. that's normal

a cup isn't considered an open container? So i guess walking around with an ice chest full of beer ain't happenen?
