WMA hunting?

Anyone do this just to get out there and get some practice? Can you bring a ground blind?

Yes you can bring a ground blind or a climber or whatever. This will probably be moved to the outdoor board soon.

But no feeder, so you have to work pretty hard for that kill.

Don't know what part of the state you are in, but there is an awesome WMA near Oakdale that is FULL of wild hogs and deer there is almost never anyone in.

Seems like this should be an OB topic.

What you are hunting depends on where you go. 3 rivers and Grassy Lake good for deer and pigs.

A ground blind has to have a 360 degree strip og hunters orange around it.
I deer hunt WMAs early season and my hunting club later in December.
As mentioned, West Bay I's really good till Thanksgiving.
So are the ones up north.
Read the rules and you'll be good.
