Why is it taboo for "professional" deer hunters to shoot more than once?

The nuge hunts high fences and will finish them off if they don't die right there.

made me think about my ohio trip 2 years ago. Shotgun season.. i shot 4 times in about 10 seconds buddies came and said it sounded like a war zone, think i bloodied up a couple different deer was a crazy hunt

you can put words in my mouth all you want but it's cool if you don't take the neck meat and I'm not sure what you're insinuating by that comment.

Im guess you're referring to shooting a deer in the front shoulder and the meat that is wasted by the shot. I just trim around the bullet hole. You're foolish if you think a bullet hole wastes meat and then try to compare that to leaving both neck roasts.

I take all 4 quarters, tenderloin, backstrap, ribs, neck meat and heart.
