I hadn't look to see what is the difference, I just saw the others saying that's all they would get...so I didn't bite

The one in the OP has luminescent 3 dot sights.

That's what was throwing me off...I thought only LE has special sights.

Luminescent means it need artificial light to be able to glow.
Night sights have tritium, so they glow on their own.
