Got 50lbs of select. Gonna use John Folse's recipe. Anyone ever use it?

I wish I was boiling today.

Never used folse recipe. I'm not changing my recipe on a sack of selects.

Think I may have the wife pick up a sack tomorrow and I'll boil some after work. Haven't had them but once this year. Time for some more.

Neighborhood crawfish boil yesterday-6,000 lbs. boiled. I hit my crawfish eating and beer drinking quotas for the year, I think.

Not hard in Avoyelles. I know Mr. James Bernard of Bernards seafood personally.

I've never heard crawfish referenced to as dads, I'm not a fan.

2 sacks of selects. Big mofos, but another week and they will be hard. Better get them now. Also a sack of oysters. Did a bunch on the pit.

I'm stuffed.
