I wont be fishing Saturday as it appears to be a little windy and rainy. I plan to sleep in and get a nice zoot going for the Saints game.

However, Sunday the weather appears to be pretty good. Haven't decided if I will be going to Cat Island or Biloxi Marsh. I have heard excellent reports out of the Biloxi Marsh but have also heard how hard it is to find water......doesn't go well with my deep V.

As you said, Saturday doesn't look too good. Might go down that afternoon and stay through Monday AM.

Mostly why I don't winter fish. Good luck man. Can't wait for warmer weather. Are you still in BR or did you move on to greener pastures?

Not as good right now bc I get off at 4:30 and when I get home at 5:10 the sun is dropping pretty fast. Once spring and summer roll around its on though with the boat being on a lift I can be fishing for 5:30

Hear similar things about Biloxi Marsh with reds, but its my understanding there are back in the ponds - need a bay boat with maybe a push pole type ponds.

I have always wanted to fish Cat in the winter, never have or tried. I would imagine the grass flats might be productive on a warm day in the afternoon.
