I have problems with my rifle. I change between looking through my glasses and looking over them. the optics change as I do it and it's driving me nuts.

You gotta pick one or the other and stick with it. No two ways about it... I shoot with my glasses

Do you close one of your eyes to shoot?

It sucks, but you just have to deal with it. There's no good way to do it.

Pull the glasses up out of the way when you put your head down to shoot.

I wear glasses, also can't wear contacts.

I kinda realized that I don't necessarily need my glasses to shoot through a scope, the scope becomes my glasses. I just take them off when I am about to shoot. I can see things up close so to me the scope just moves it closer. worked for me so far

did you focus the reticle w/o your glasses?

I did mine with my glasses on and if i look through it w/o them the reticle is fuzzy. So i have to have my glasses on. I think the scope can improve/negate some types of vision problems.

Me. If you're target shooting, putting a piece of tape with a tiny hole in it lets you focus on target and sights.

My problem is near vision with my long vision glasses on. My contacts do this by having one eye focus near and one far, so that's no good.

Rifle seems easier to me both ways. Just have to get used to seeing things less in focus as you get old (I'm over 50).

But the rifle will aim fine whichever you use. It's your head angle that changes.
