Was thinking about trying the Rigolets, but I'm not familiar with how that area reacts to days of high winds and heavy rain.

Rigolets will be bad for awhile. Too much wind all week and rain coming gonna muddy the rivers draing into it

Makes sense. Any ideas on an area that may have clean water?

Your sink at home is the only place today.

Was asking for Tuesday. Starting to think that may be the case for then as well as now.

looks like the wind won't be blowing between now and tuesday so there's going to be some clean water somewhere.

Can you be a tiny bit more specific? I'm itching to get on the water.

Maybe. Not really sure.

I just try to pick my trips more efficiently lately. I have a crappy yak so I don't go long distances. Off until Wednesday. Trying to go Monday or Tuesday somewhere. Tuesday may be better scared the high pressure may give eM lockjaw

You not interested in a boat trip are you? Everyone who I would normally rake with me is busy Tuesday. I don't know Leeville very well at all. I've only been once a couple weeks ago and me and my buddy caught a two man limit.

I would but it's my dads bday on Tuesday and I will probably be off the water pretty early. Every time I took a boat out in leeville I ran up.on a mudflat. never got stuck but I'm not an expert at that area

That sucks. I must have gotten lucky. But you think that water will be ok by Tuesday?

Yea the last few times I went I stuck to the main bayou by where the jackups are parked.

You can always watch between the banks and see where ol bob is catching. All episodes on his site. He mostly sticks to the area around the bridge and is always catching.

I just hate to drive that far when I know so little about the area. If I find someone to go with me I might give it a try though.

Look out closer to the edge of gulf. Mississippi sound or area along our coast if wind gets down

North wind at 10 -12 means the coast will be good. Shouldn't affect the good tide. But will the sediment have time to settle? That's the question for tomorrow

Hopedale. Launch at the end of the road and fish Biloxi Marsh or go due south. I was there from Thursday to Saturday fishing a tourney, even in the gale force winds we found clean water.

Not sure about live bait, but Campo's is your most likely spot to find some.
