Go get some 3M Marine 5200, you'll have to torch that off.

Swing by a local windshield shop and they will do it for a couple of bucks, or at no charge.

Lose the dice and the Mardi Gras beads. The panties can stay.

Had mine fall off a while back. I think there's a specific kit with a certain type of glue or epoxy just for that application

The rearview adhesive they sell at any autoparts store is good enough. You have to glue just the tab onto the glass and let it sit for a while before you attach the mirror to it.

I've used Permatex mirror adhesive from a parts store.
It's all in the prep making sure the glass is clean by using alcohol wipes a couple of times before using the adhesive.
As mentioned, glue the base first and let it set for a couple of hours before attaching the mirror.

Use a 2x3/16" lag screw, that'll hold it.

The stuff at the auto parts store will work fine.....just take a scrap of very fine sandpaper and rough up the spot on the windshield where the mirror mounts first.
