After years of having s frustratingly small blind bag with no room for extra stuff, I finally bought the Drake XL Floating Blind Bag. This thing is massive! It got me thinking on all the stuff I can put in it.
What does everybody pack in their blind bag while hunting?

Pen, sharpie, zip ties, small strap, hooks, flagging, extra socks and gloves, TP, about 3 flashlights, binoculars, choke tube box/wrench, emergency longhorn, light rain jacket if needed, knife, leatherman

Flash light, knife, lighter, TP, socks, extra jacket, ratchet straps, gloves, a couple cans of Timberwolf wintergreen, and I always keep a few packs of those hand warmers that you crush up and they get hot.

I use it to store random shite in after/during the season. Bag rarely, if ever makes it to the blind with me because I don't feel like carrying that sucker around.

I use the Game Winner Waterfowl Backpack and love it. Big step up from the older, over the shoulder bag I had been using and way easier to carry in.
Usually it's packed with:
2 boxes of shells
Choke wrench and extra tube

Disposable gloves

Water bottle
Skinning knife
Compass
Whistle
Headlight
Flashlight
AA and AAA batteries
Matches and lighter

ETA: My calls and some other things are in the shell belt/handwarmer pouch or around my neck - not in my blind bag.

I carry a little McCalister bag that I've had for 20 years:
