Navionics cost about 10 bucks on the google play store. The best $10 you'll ever spend. Great program.

We put navionics gold on are lowrance and its terrible. Doesn't even show canals around our camp.

I have navionics but I use Gaia GPS pro with overlays most of the time. I sometimes use Theodolite, it just depends on my needs.

Not an app but I use this site to get an idea of the wind conditions.
