Travel to Natchez often. 1st tried Tin Roof blonde at Roux 61. Awesome beer with oysters.

Then all the sudden, no blond...just the rust...which is good but prefer blonde.

Everywhere we have been that advertises it is sold out. (Jackson area)

Have me and you had a pop or 2 together? I should have said that I can drink maybe 3 free Natty's but anything more and I am swollen up like a bloated pig. That shite does taste great but is for sure not less filling.

I've tried some home brew from a coworker. shite wasn't too shabby. I'm gonna give it a shot one of these days.

I can't acquire a taste for any of those fancy beers that sit to the side of the domestics in the grocery store. I've tried quite a few, that's the 75 I'm referring to.

climb the ladder. you should start with similar styles and move your way through the different styles. in a year you wil be knocking back IPAs and everything else will taste like water.

they aren't doing bloom, ddh envie, ghost, or anything hoppy anymore.

from what I've read, they need to do more canebrake, envie and southcoast (yuck).
I had no clue people actually drank southcoast from how much I just see them sitting on the shelves and their dates. they usually cant keep ghost or bloom on the shelves but its definitely puzzling how they need to brew more canebrake and southcoast.

my guess is that hes already got a certain amount of orders to fill and he cant do it fast enough.

It makes sense....last time I went to the brewery they didn't have DDH or Bloom on tap at all and were out of Ghost.

They had those damn wonderful sours and Reve though. I'm ready to go back, but I'm betting the sours are out

ETA This was either in late Jan or Feb....somewhere around there. It was only the 2nd time (of many) that I've been when they didn't have Ghost...seemed odd.

right but you just dont producing your blue ribbon beers.

If he is stopping production of those beers maybe I need to go up there with a check book and buy the recipes and rights and start my own.

You calling light beer drinkers vajeens but you let Ron Jeremy come and lay the wood on your girl then take a shite in your toilet while you drink your crafty fruity dark beverage.
