What is fine for no WMA permit?

Honestly, I think they're pretty high. You must have really pissed the green jeans off. I've never heard of them writing one.

I remember a buddy saying the fine for no permit was damn near $250 and the fine for hunting with an expired license was like $100

I got one in possibly stupidest situation ever. Turned 18 between teal and big duck season so i didnt have one.
Was about $350 and 6 months probation

Just looking for a reason. Me and my 2 daughters hunting. Haven't hunted wma in 10-15 years so I knew nothing about it. Guess what? Never coming back either

Not related but some buddies of mine got wrote up from duck hunting at sherburne last year during duck season. Catch was that it actually closes down during open duck season for one weekend. I forgot the reasoning but green jeans took their limit of wood ducks. Probably feasted that night.

Good. I don't like outlaws on my wma's. Not knowing about laws is always a chicken shite excuse.

It says "WMA permit required to hunt on WMA" on your license...
But yeah, it's not a cheap fine.

you must of done zero research on the rewquirements of hunting a WMA. Need to have a permit isn't some obscure rule. In fact, it ranks right up there with needing a hunting license and shoot the right species of animal.
Sorry you had a bad experience taking your kid hunting but I don't see how anyone could possibly blame anyone but themselves in this instance.
