I tried to make it work. I'm sure I'll try again. Spinning is just a no go though.

I'm sure I could pitch with it, but with such short line, there is no down side to mono.

I use braid for my Ribbet

All topwater baits, with long casts I want a line that doesnt stretch when I hook set.

I prefer the waxed nylon. The line isn't as important as using a quality hook and swivels. Also, don't forget to weight the middle of the line if it is stretched across an area that a boat might travel.

Flouro sucks in spinning gear.... Made that mistake once.... If you don't like the nanofil, the yozuri hybrid works well on spinning reels

I bought it too small. Lots of breaks. May revisit that in higher test.

Wow, other than Maxima, it's the best line I've ever used.

Same here. I tried flouro on my flipping and worm rods and the line frayed real bad and had many break offs. I do like it on my crankbait rods though.

If you don't wet P-Line real good when tying the knot it will break. Other than that I haven't had a problem with it. I'm planning on spooling up two reels with braid for flipping but the rest will be mono.

Am I the only one that thinks mono has too much stretch. I only use it spinnerbaits and some topwaters so it'll slow my reaction to the bite. Everything else is either Power Pro with about a 4 foot Seagar 15# Invizx leader or all Invizx. Even use Invizx 10# on my spinning reel without any complications I wouldn't have with mono on the upside down POS

Powerpro blows everything away IMO.

I don't have time to tie leaders I go fishing not knot tying.

I will try some of the Power Pro and see how it works.

I tie to a swivel. Lots of benefits. I fish weightless a lot, and the swivel cuts down on line twist and helps keep the wightless bait down somewhat.
