They last a year or more in most cases. Plus the sell by date doesn't mean expiration.

i dont live in BR but what if i were traveling and the ice storm hit like it did atlanta last year and all those people stuck on the highway overnight. Just never know with weather, things happen fast (like texas right now)

im not planning for a zombie takeover or anything. Just sometimes shite happens. And when it does it happens too fast to do anything. With the ice storm people were stuck on hwys freezing and im sure hungry. Also a good first aid kit could always come in handy in the truck rather its the end of the world bug out or every day shite at the hunting camp
