What animal made these tracks found in St. Francisville?

We went hiking in St. Francisville yesterday and I noticed these tracks in a dry creek bed. They were about 4-5" long. I guessed bear, but the pics I see online show a five toe print for a bear. I guess there could be five toes, but the sand didn't leave the cleanest print.

Definitely not bear, they are more rounded, wider, and as said you can see all five toes. Looks like a dog but I'm tired.

ETA: looks like a big bobcat maybe. Panther tracks are huge, just think about a domestic dog track. My 60 lb golden retriever's tracks are easily twice the size of the avg coyote track which makes sense since coyotes are 30-40 lbs usually.

Would also have a wider pad and long nail marks.

Nah, dogs can have giant feet, and in that sand they look bigger.

I just read up on canine tracks and it looks to be canine? Also the 4 inches across matches up with the Google for a mountain lion.....so it has to be a black panther. Hear any screaming? Or barking?

My dog's paws are wider than my palm. And I'm a pretty big ol' baw.

Find some poop close by and crumble it in your fingers then smell it. My uncle always does that and somehow it tells him what animal it was.

Looks like dog is the consensus, but the tracks seemed bigger than that to me.
