Weekend Arkansas trip - where the water isnt low...need suggestions

Looking to take the fam to Lake Degray or somewhere in south Arkansas. Canoeing, swimming etc. Any suggestions? Quick trip but looking to get away.

Not AR I realize, but Broken Bow Lake in SE OK is only 3 ours from Shreveport. Pretty lake with good fishing and you have Lower Mountain Fork or Glover River you could canoe on as well in the close area. Pine Creek Lake is also an option in SE OK.

Degray is beautiful. Not far from Hot Springs. The state run lodge is a nice place to stay right on the water.

Just a heads up, it's supposed to rain all weekend in hot springs. Not sure about broken bow.
