HK MP5 SD

So I picked one of these up for a plinker for the kids. Looks like a "fun" one to play with.

Anyone that has one or a similar one have any updates/upgrades they recommend? I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but plan on it this week.

Thanks!

I've fired the GSG version on a couple occasions and it's pretty fun. I'm not crazy about the cheek weld with those big metal bars though - I guess that's more an MP5 design critique though.

I bought it for $300 new in a box from someone who I shoot with a lot. He had 3. Two of which he shot quite a bit. The third he hadn't taken out of the box yet. Retail for $350 to 400 depending on the site.

I know the GSG is a ton of fun. Worth it just to have a platform you can perform the HK slap on.

The barrel is hilariously thin if you take that faux suppressor off. The gun is super fun. I have shot 2 and they both fed CCI and Federal very well.
