I'm not that familiar with game cameras, but how is this better/different than a regular typical trail cam?

Not as a trail cam, but I know several that use them around the house, for security. they are good little cameras.

I agree with MSWebfoot . I myself have an Arlo pro for home usage. I think [link=(they)]https://smartrobotichome.com/smart-security-camera-comparison/#arlo_pro[/link] will have the same video quality. Ours is great though it just quite pricey.

Looks cool but you have to have a separate data plan? If it worked through WiFi I meant get be interested.

Plans are $20.00.mo. Not too bad.

Think there are game trail cams that already use Verizon network to let you download and monitor them.
