Looking to buy first tractor in the 50-60 HP range.

I've checked out the Kubota (MX and M series), John Deere E series, and the Massey Ferguson equivalents.

Anyone have any recs for the above or other brands?

I will be buying a loader and a shredder/mower/bush hog (according to where you are from)with it

M5040 Kubota is about as solid as they come. I'm sure the other two are good as well.

We have an E series and we really like it. (5100E) It saves a lot of fuel when you can bushhog with the 540 pto

I have two Kubotas a 70 HP and a 35 HP. One is 20 years old the other 10 both (nock on wood) are going strong with no major repairs, just maintenance. I have been happy enough with them that I just bought a Kubota ZTR mower.

That being said all three of the brands you listed I think it would be hard to go wrong with either.
