Exactly, they're awesome guys. But they don't remember where they leave shite. They leave hundreds, sometimes thousands of packages places a day.

I guess it depends on where you live and how big of an area it is. Smaller town (like where I live) would be easier to remember.

UPS called said a replacement driver ran routes on thursday and friday. Regular route driver is looking for it today at an alternate address.

Talked to ruger this morning after being on hold about 20 minutes. They gonna do what they do with UPS and get back to me.

If this is resolved ruger customer for life.

I was looking to buy 2 more .22 rifles. This outcome will determine if it's a ruger, marlin, or salvage.

So if Ruger ships you twice as much product as you ordered, you're going to be a Ruger customer for life?

I didn't get the first one. If they can get UPS to find it and deliver it yes or refund i dont care but i work hard for my $$$$ and i expect to receive what i pay for.

I don't use UPS unless I absolutely have to. They have lost three shipments of mine (work related) in the past 4 months and basically told me to deal with it.


Logistically the area I live can be a nightmare but FedEx doesn't seem to have nearly the issues UPS does.

First time they lost mine. I have received my neighbors 3times before but i always let them know. Once it was a set of rims and tires sitting under my carport one day.

Yeah they told me oh well shipper will have to do the claim otherwise we sorry but oh well.

UPS doesn't even have a plane that comes here. FedEx does, daily.

UPS ships via AK air, so basically through a third party. I can get an emergency shipment from Kansas City overnight via FedEx, but it takes a shipment from Anchorage or Seattle via UPS in 2-3 days.

Last time they "lost" a part I told them I was coming to the local facility to look myself, I got a call from the facility within 10 minutes saying they found it and it was en route. Still took another 3 hours.
