UPDATE: Best place to purchase handgun in BR area

Looking to replace my glock 19 that was stolen. I'm partial to just buying another since I have 3 mags and ammo. I am open to other options that are cheap options for concealed carry.

Update: Got another G19 Gen3, academy had it for $499, out the door for $549. Probably a tad bit more than buying online and transferring, but less hassle and quicker.
FWIW, academy is doing a deal where if you purchase a Springfield pistol, you get 4 extra mags, holster, and a mag pouch. Not a bad deal, but I already had glock mags.

Academy is usually cheapest. Bass pro is always over priced. And I've read enough bad experiences with Jim's for me to steer clear.

It going to tell you where to go but the 19 is great for what you're wanting I have one and really like it.
I have a SIG p320 that's almost identical in size with a much better trigger.
Also have a S&W shield with an apex trigger. It's great as well and smaller and easier to conceal.
H&K just released the VP9 SK I have not held it but it's suppose to be amazing and if the trigger is like the regular VP9 then it's probably the best striker fired trigger on the market (from the factory).

There is plenty of Glock love at Ferrara Firearms. Usually best price in town. Even against the big box stores.

A lot of places will match online price now. Just show them the price on your phone and see if they will match it. Academy will even beat it by 5% so show them the online price and get it for 5% less and have it the same day.

There is not a lot of margins in gun markup. About 15 points or 15 %.

Every dealer has that. It's a Springfield promotion, not academy
