Tuna fishing charter out of Venice

I booked a Tuna charter for my sons 13th Birthday. The charter is Saturday the 26th and I just had 3 people back out and I can't find replacements on short notice. Would any of you OB baws be interested?
Also this is the last weekend we can keep red snapper.

Wish I was closer, I would sure take you up on it. This is actually the reason I don't coordinate such events any more....people are so damn unreliable and will leave you holding the bag in a heartbeat.

Damn, that sucks. Only way to coordinate a bunch of guys is to get their money up front - if they can't make it, they can sell their spot to recoup their money.

At this point I'm not concerned with the cost of the charter, if a couple guys, 2 or 3 wanted to pay the gas for the boat and their tip I would be good with that.
The charter cost 1700
Gas is between 600-800
Tip I figured $100 a person
I have 3 people and the $1700 covered
