Fished it Saturday. Caught some on crawfish pattern traps, watermelon brush hogs and white spinnerbaits. Fish were shallow but will probably move out a little with the colder weather this week. Most of the fish came in 3 ft. of water off secondary points near stump fields.

Going to be cold. Fish may be deeper.
We were there 2 weeks ago and caught on small plastics and small Traps.

You from VP ..you must know some of the people I fish with from Eunice.
I just joined the Bass Club.
My buddy wants to go to TB this weekend but the cold weather may stop me.
BTW we fish around Pendleton bridge.

My dad made 5 trips in the past week and a half(including yesterday) and caught a 2 person limit every day but one(13). Not sure where he was fishing but when it was warm caught them mostly in 3-5 feet of water on brush hogs and trick worms(watermelon red). Yesterday he caught more fish in 12-15 feet of water on brush hogs, finesse worms, and jigs.

The SRA recommends boaters to use caution in all boat lanes. The 47 miles of lanes that were worked on, including all main N/S lanes from just south of San Patricio Creek to the end of the boat lane near the Dam, including the N/S lane running under the bridge on the Texas side of the reservoir are safe to run at an elevation of 163' msl or above. No East/West lanes were worked on, therefore 168' msl is a safe level to run those lanes, as well as the secondary N/S lanes (lanes with a single marker).

See map in attachments below!

Fishing was better than expected. Caught 15.47lbs Sturday and placed second. Fished deep boat docks (10+ ft.) to stay out of the wind. Watermelon Candy 3/8 ounce jig with watermelon red rage craw trailer. Other club members caught South in 1-2 ft of water. Was cold but well worth it.
